Our residential Weight Loss in the City programmes have been inspiring people to regain their levels of health and fitness, and take control of their lives. On arrival at the Weight Care Centre, you will receive a medical assessment along with a tailored diet and nutrition plan, created personally by Dr. Essam El Fayoumy. Your individual plan will contain all of the macro and micronutrients that your body needs in order to stay healthy and strong, and aid weight loss.
The nutritionally balanced meals will be part of your Cambridge Diet plan. You will also be educated on the importance of a healthy and well-balanced diet.
A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO FITNESS AND WELL-BEING
Training sessions will be created specifically for your individual fitness level, and are suitable even if you have not exercised before. Our qualified personal trainers will equally concentrate on cardio, strength and conditioning with cardio workouts, Pilates and Yoga.
In order to obtain results, we offer a holistic approach to weight loss and balance hard work with recovery. Your complete comfort and well-being is always at the forefront of all of our activities at the Weight Care Centre, and therefore you will also receive massages, facials, oxygen therapies and non-invasive liposuction included within the residential programmes.

REVITALISE | 5 DAYS IN THE CITY
Sometimes in life all we need is a helping hand; running from Monday to Friday, the 5 Days in the City programme will offer you the perfect opportunity to motivate and revitalise yourself. An engaging and empowering programme, it will help you to establish and work on your weight loss and fitness goals, and enable you to make and maintain healthier choices when you return to your everyday life.
INSPIRE | 7 DAYS IN THE CITY
A truly inspirational residential programme; 7 Days in the City is perfect if you are looking to achieve those ultimate results. Focusing on education and creating a lasting change in your lifestyle, the week long holistic weight loss programme will leave you both mentally and physically invigorated. Be prepared to be inspired!
We are also pleased to offer a similar ‘7 Days in the City’ programme, which includes only accommodation, food and 2 hours of training or treatments per day – £693
